On March 23 of 2006, an Eye Camp and Cataract Operation with Lens Implementation was conducted at Sreepur No.2 Registered Primary School in Sreepur thana of Magura.

231 eye patients were treated in the outdoor and 27 patients were selected for cataract operation and/or lens implantation.

It was an extension of the District-wide Eye Care Program of Rabeya Eye Hospital initiated in 2006.
